What's stopping Sasuke from instantly teleporting his sword into Naruto's brain?

Just admit that you believed Sasuke could simply will his sword into Naruto, rather than swapping with it and hoping Naruto runs into it of his own accord.

I know you're type. You make a thread based on misinterpreted manga scans, then when the first post disproves you, you try to flip the situation around to try to salvage any semblance of respect you might still have. But in the end it's too late.

It's more than just "suddenly" when you use the word "reflexes". Reflex means your senses receive stimulu, then sending signal to the spinal cord which send signal back to the muscle before the brain perceiving it. Reflexes is natural when you are neutral, but when you 100% focus on to your muscles and focus, reflexes at that point is shutted down

Amaterasu is instant (the attack speed) but the build up (prep speed if you week) is just extremely fast. If anything that was demonstrating Obito's reaction speed.

Obito said that he saw the chakra building up in Sasuke's eye.

So if they are seriously really close to each other, the sword is much longer than Sasuke's width, so the sword would end up spawning in Naruto? But through BS it would move a little bit backwards (a lot backward actually) from Sasuke's original position? Or are you trying to say the tip of the blade would appear where Sasuke was somehow, even though logic dictates that it would at the very least be the center of the sword?

Reaction is part of speed. His physical speed and reaction speed are near equal. Don't forget he can use Frog Fu to increase is reaction speed -
