Watch Zankyou no Terror/Terror in Resonance after. I personally liked it more than Tokyo Ghoul and it's only 11 episodes.

No. It isn't blood. That's just the color of their Kagune. Other Kagune's are purple, orange, etc.

No. It isn't blood. That's just the color of their Kagune. Other Kagune's are purple, orange, etc.

No, not really. That's like saying Anime A ripped off of Anime B because their anime also has humans in it.
The ghoul society isn't really much of a society. It's more of just random groups of ghoul friends that basically make a club and accept others into their club. There is more than one "club."
