So I often hear how sensors can casually avoid Amaterasu because Lawd Obito did (as if fodders compare U_U).
Trick can work only once at best given the haste or mistake of amaterasu user.

So lets go back to academy i guess

As you can see one must always build up some extra chakra to be able to perform several ninjutsus in a row.
Building chakra up after each and every jutsu mid-fight is stupid and leads to death.

Then of course there is jutsu activation, some have hands seals, doujutsu has not = instant activation.
So the user can over-hold that chakra to use it whenever later on.

We can witness it perfectly in next scans

Itachi pretty much started spamming it and Nagato was clueless second time...

Or instantaneous one

Just converting all built up chakra into black hell

I also would like to point some overlooked FTG indications of delay before 'instant vanishing effect' takes place.

Take a look at chakra projection from naruto before 'instant appearance of summoning'

FTG has variable speeds only 'instant vanishing effect' is constant.

Conclusion: Once amaterasu chakra is built up for more then one shot, it can be over-hold and then instantly released leaving target with no chance of reacting.

Hope you enjoyed

I like the part where you explained that people with Ay level reflexes can react to Amaterasu, and that people with teleportation can avoid Amaterasu if they can react to it

The ppl that use ftg have amazing reflexes to teleport out the way
It converts on focal point, unless user is drunk it cant happen.
Oh look a Scythain thread
What are you getting at?
Great thread bro
Thanks man :)
I disagree.
Is there logical reason behind it that would prove thread wrong?

Except people cant react to it, it spawn instantly at focal point.
So either ama user has bad sight or FTG user is prepared for it.

Yes you can, because Ay has already done so.

This. A has no sensory ability at all and he simply moved out the way of a jutsu that ignites on sight. People with reflexes on A's level or higher can just dodge Amaterasu from pure reflexes. As for Nagato, he sensed Itachi about to use it but the crow used KA on him which freed Itachi who used Amaterasu on another target; Nagato's summon.

Aye dodged it and his reflexes are worse than Minato's

@bold is baseless bull.
Yes you can, because Ay has already done so.
He could only do so due to slightly degraded sight of sasuke, he also was prepared for it, already in V2 and likely had info.
Here you go.

*Wild bad sight attack*

Im sure people who have any sight problems could relate to shifts in sight quality.

If Ay can dodge it Minato can dodge it easily.

+gonna take a while to dig the scan*....
Ok, no.
Degraded vision isn't even a factor, as Sasuke was already focused on Ay when he casted it, and being in V2 and having intel does not matter.
He reacted to it, therefor someone with a reaction rate equal to him(Minato, Tobirama) can dodge it as well.

He did dodge it but I feel like people misinterpret this scan.
This isn't showing him moving out of the way before the Amaterasu touches him, it's showing how sasuke activated the release while he still saw ay there, but when it was actually there, he had just moved at incredible speed, so sasuke actually saw the samurai when it was released and that's why he got hit instead.
Which is why sasuke looks around afterwords, he thought he had released it onto ay.

Yes he dodged it but not the instant effect, but the release effect.
It's really hard to explain this with words though.

I think that what op is saying is that if you sense the initial pressure you can activate ftg before they can activate Amaterasu because the activation time is shorter, but if they charge enough for multiple uses, they second activation time is unpredictable and you can't tell when it will be released, and when it is, it's too late.
