Naruto going from base to Bijuu modes and loading up Rasengans isn't instantenous like Sasuke using his Teleportation from his already activated eye.

1. He doesn't have a sword
2. Naruto casually reacts to it
3. Sasuke isn't smart enough to try it

Your downplaying of Sasuke is not consistent with logic .Sasuke deosn't have a sword so he can't try so saying he wouldn't be smart enough to use it even if he did have it is stupid considering he did against Madara.

You're wrong. With any attack that uses S/T jutsu there's always 2 speeds. The S/T speed, which is instantaneous, and then the attack speed. Naruto is fast enough to evade the attack speed.

That's the reason Kaguya was able to evade Sasuke attack -

Sasuke use his S/T speed (travel speed) to move to Kaguya's location and then used his attack speed. Kagauya's reaction speed was faster than Sasuke's attack speed. Nobody can attack while using S/T jutsu speed because they are not in the same dimension as they person they are attacking. They must reenter the main dimension before they can attack.

You're assuming naruto is going to change in with taijutsu, while in the beginning you believed sasuke could simply swap his sword into Naruto willy nilly. That's not how it works, and anyone can make a hypothetical to suit the situation they want.

I could ask what's stopping Naruto from stabbing Sasuke through the heart the way Madara did too.

As for the question, Sasuke's sword isn't getting through the Biju cloak, since it tanked (somewhat) Obito Naruto and Sasuke into the ground from very high up with alot of force.

The same reason kakashi or obito don't just kumai your neck the only answer is plot, imo Naruto doesn't have the time to react instantaneously, Naruto can however match up to sasuke's blitz speed since that's tangible, honestly though even as a sasuke fan that would be a horrible way to win I just want an enjoyable fight where both fans can be pleased with the outcome, then again the Naruto fan base and sasuke fan base never really did get along.
