Madara is the Strongest because he can Absorb Ninjutsu and Senjutsu it means he has no Weakness than only Pure Strength needed to beat him

Proof of he can absorb Senjutsu:
He Absorbed Rasengan which is a Senjutsu

Proof of he can absorb Ninjutsu:
Absorbed Sasuke Elthon

He is the most skilled and 2nd best Tai Jutsu fighter and He eyes and blood control Tails beast

@Underlined/Bolded lolololol please check your facts before making such a claim. Rikudou Madara is strong, no doubt, and he definitely got trolled by BZ but he is NOT immune to Senjutsu. If he was, why would he have even bothered trying to avoid Sasuke and Naruto's attacks?
