I saw it in the new game, Naruto TBM's ultimate jutsu.
Can anyone point out this move in teh manga or anime? and Also Naruto's Planetary Rasengan in the previous game too...

That move doesn't exist in the manga, although it ****ing should. Planetary Rasengan was used against Muu

was the only variant existed in the manga. I just saw it the other day. It was ridiculous af. Lol I honestly think RSM Naruto could somewhat pull off something similar.
