Does Sasuke have more chakra than Naruto?

Without the TB, Naruto is weak. But as long as he has monsters to give him skill then no, Sasuke has slightly less chakra.

Naruto has proven that not only He has more chakra than Sasuke but better control able to adopt and give chakra to each individual and tailor it to each individuals needs.He also can heal with a touch thats chakra control to the max. Kurama even stated that Naruto has surpass both His Father and Mothers abilities with His chakra.
