Basically, Itachi's stamina isn't terrible, he isn't going blind, and he isn't coughing up blood
Think Itachi that fought Kakashi in p1, but with the feats of vs Sasuke/Nagato

Shisui and Itachi win. Shisui KA's Kakashi who kills Gai (gai wouldn't expect his teammate to attack him). Kakashi then kamui snipes Sasuke and Naruto GG. Itachi is support

Yeah, he has game feats. So body flicker, susano'o, and flaming sword.

Sasuke and Naruto are the first one to lose.

Kakashi's kamui snipe > SM Naruto , he doesn't have the speed to dodge it. The same goes for Sasuke, Kakashi warped the gedo mazo's arm in a second, so he warps Sasuke's whole susanoo.

Gai can go up to 7th gate and becomes fast enough to dodge amaterasu, and he fights looking at the opponents feet, so Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu are useless against Gai. Ribcage susanoo gets destroyed by Hirudora (just like it happened to madara's v2 susano) and if Itachi goes full susano then Kamui > Yata mirror.

I gave just a poor sumary on why i think Kakashi and Gai would win. Anyways, the 3 teams have high chances of winning
