Naruto is still too soft emotionally to change Sasuke in his current form. Naruto thinks he can convince Sasuke by tnj or fighting it out, but Sasuke is stuck in his ways.
After a long fight sequence, he will kill Naruto. But before Naruto dies / as he is dying, Naruto will mention something emotional that hits Sasuke right in the heart (something about being brothers or about their bond)
As Naruto's lifeless body lays there, Sasuke will be crying (yes, Sasuke crying) on how he could have done this, and will be trying to help Naruto or heal his wounds. Nothing will work.
Then Sasuke will use his Rinnegan to resurrect Naruto, and die, by his feet, correcting all of his wrongs and admitting that Naruto has been right the whole time. Sasuke will put on his Hidden Leaf headband once again, and collapse. Naruto will wake up, and be left with a scar to remember what happened, but will ultimately give Sasuke a hero's burial that everyone will feel from Naruto's Ninshuu.
