Did you notice already?

Sasuke needs 3 things:

- His sword
- Some amount of senjutsu chakra to sharpen the sword
- Chakra for Shunshin/Teleportation

Naruto needs two things:

- Chakra for Shunshin/Blitz
- Raw force

ALSO, let's consider the context of each battle. Sasuke's slash was performed under optimal conditions, while Naruto's slash was performed in Kaguya's dimensions (variable conditions).

Meaning that Naruto's raw force >> Sasuke's senjutsu + sword.
