Why can't Naruto and Sasuke have a valley of their own?

And also, there is a symbolic meaning to them fighting there. It also shows how much they have grown since the last time.

Then it more so emphasizes on the whole Madara (sasuke) vs Hashirama (Naruto). Due to the fate of the world at hand, and now is the time to determine who's moral/ideals were correct, Hashirama's or Madara's. And who's dream will live on.

Naruto = Hashirama's dream.

You can argue whether or not they SHOULD remain, but the fact is they most likely won't. Like KingHashirama said, VOTE is a symbolic battleground. That's why Kishimoto's having them fight there.
