Sasukes EMS recovery and Madaras Kamui

I dont know if this has been said already but it just confused the hell out of me. When Sasuke had Itachis eyes implanted into his he had to wait a while . A recovery period to get use to the eyes.

Now when Madara took Kakashis eye. He simply put it right in the socket and it was capable of being used. Also when he got to the dimension he not only took out obitos rinnegan eye and implanted it in his socket, but gave obito back the kamui eye.

No recovery period was used and they were fully capable of using all the eye techs with no consequence.

Is this just Kishis way of saying F the logic or is the recovery period only needed with Ems sharingan?

They switch eyes so much in this series shouldnt they get some kind of disease.

Even if he was just popping in an eye, it shouldn't be fully functional. I dissected a lot of things in my life (wont elaborate) and eyes dont work that way.

Madaras excuse is juubi healing ok., understandable.
What about Obitos? Hashi dna? Those answers satisfy everyone here?

Hell even Kakashi needed to get the eye surgically put in by Rin, but people can just pop them in so easily? Weird manga Kishimoto

That could also be caused by an influx of chakra from both Izuna/the eyes and Madara/the host. To backup my assertion, think about how Kakashi used Obitos MS without his eyes at all, just chakra.

kakashi didn't have to wait to use the sharingan either when he got obito's eye
he completed his chidori because of it
his sharingan is already a sharingan,the ms was a ms,and his rinnegan was the rinnegan,but sasuke's ms was turning into ems
