Given that Senjutsu is of course, the weakness, surely that Rasengan did some real damage? Right?

Healed in half a second, to no lasting effect other than to put Obito on his guard thus making sneak attack nearly impossible.

The point of Senjutsu is that it can Bypass the Omnyoudon used in Gudou Dama's, not that it is extra effective against Juubi Jins.


Of course, there are other ways of bypassing Gudou Damas.
Removing them, for example.

Gudou Dama's only function within 70 meters of the user. Take them further away and they become fancy black balls.

Senjutsu attacks haven't even done more damage than normal ones when a facing a juubi jin. The Amaterasenshuriken did as much damage as plenty of Senjutsu attack on Obito (Zilch), and Madara got cut in half by a normal Non Senjutsu Chidori.

Don't even get me started on Guy's suicidal charge into battle against Madara, that was never going to work. Who even came up with the idea that Taijutsu was somehow more effective.

The fact is it actually hurt him. The amaterasu FRS did not hurt him at all.

Wrong. Naruto's FRS did nothing to Juubi.

This means Juubi Jin can let gaurd down and still tank FRS.

Juubi Jin has all Juubi feats including tanking ability.

I didn't say effective, i said only. Even if Senjutsu attacks work better than normal attacks, that is only because A) The GudouDama's are not instantly nullifying it, and B) The guy attacking the juubi jin just went into Sage mode, which powers up his attacks.

Even if non Senjutsu attacks are pretty damn useless, they work if you use enough of them. Weak, yes. Completely useless, No.

Madara gave Gui a chance out of the joy of pure combat,He restored Himself with just a thought and left Gui to die until Naruto showed up. If you can't see Madara just playing with Gui who He could have just destroyed with a gesture then your blind.
