Kamui is not the Speed of Light. That's like saying Amaterasu is hotter than the sun.

That's not at all the same thing. That's a horrible analogy. Amaterasu's purpose is to burn, which is why you got hotter. Kamui's purpose is to transport from one dimension to another. It's speed is irrelevant to it's purpose.

The thing is, Ay isn't avoiding Kakashi's eyes. Ay's possibly one of the most one-sided shinobis out there, only using that Raiton Armor. Almost like Lee with Taijutsu. Basically, if he's in line of sight, he gets sniped.

like I said ,kamui appears instantly ,but the warping speed depends on the user’s will, for example obito noticed the kamui on gedo ,however kakashi warped bm naruto clone faster than obito with sharingan can notice the warping infront of his eyes and before the stick hit naruto though it was just 1 cm betwern the clone’s head and the stick and kakashi wasnt aiming at the clone yet

Ftg is instant. Which is why it was able to counter kamui. If kamui was instant then Minato would have been dead during that fight
