That's why it is "unfit for combat"? He is a perfect sage in the sense of attaining the mode, but it takes him so damn long to enter it it's impracticable for battle.

1. Sasuke's weak ass chidori = Naruto's small rasengan. Minato's base Rasengan is twice as big and hence twice as stronger than Naruto's rasengan.

Smaller Rasengan is more compact, thus should have more power.

2. The same Armour did ZERO damage to Minato Lol and was about to be pierced but Bee intervened Lol

You should learn what perfect sage means.
Perfect sage is one who can maintain the senjutsu chakra without transforming into frog. Minato is perfect sage but he can't use it for longer period.

You see dem markings around his eyes, ma and pa even stated that that is the sign of a perfect sage. Hence why they stated Naruto was a perfect sage against Pein.

Let me say this once, and once only...

Jiraiya has to fuse with Ma and Pa in order to go into Sage Mode without turning into a frog, then he has to keep them fused with himself in order to maintain it. Stay with me now, Minato on the other hand, does not need to fuse with Ma and Pa to do all of that, he just can't hold SM for long before running out of SM chakra.

Jiraiya is not a perfect sage, Naruto and Minato are, simple as that.

It's hard to say tbh, he has next to no physical strength feats that I can recall. I'd put him slightly less than Jiraiya due to Jiraiya's naturally larger build, but of course physical appearance aren't everything so he could be stronger than Jiraiya.

+ay and his speed are on par so after ay starts paying attention minato would be in trouble thats why he went after bee to get a sneak attack.
