Sasuke Is probably the best in naruto at innovating jutsu.

Some learn from others and some create their own but sasuke does both and learns others jutsu and makes them his own with some sort of variation.

My point is that sauce is the master of all jutsu now that hes got rinnegan dont hate jus watch and learn.

You bolded the "instant mastery " part and when i went through the comments you posted no one said said instant mastery...

I saw "Copy" "Copy" "Copy".and as i've been saying,it allows the users to be able to learn/use all elements - that is they can learn elements that before they couldn't,like Sasuke's a natural Fire,and Lightining user - with the Sharingan he can only copy water style,earth,and wind jutsu.But with the Rinnegan,he can be able to learn how to use all the basic nature elements which Kid Nagato did.

The only people who use more than 2 elements are elemental KKG users like Haku who combined two elements to make a 3rd.Water + Wind = Ice,and Hiruzen was said to be the only person to use all the basic nature elements - we all know Prime Hiruzen is awesome.

The jutsu's that use elements like Zabuza's water clone Jutsu can be copied with the Sharingan - the Jutsu - can be copied.

The Rinnegan allows the user to learn all the basic elements,learn and not just copy Ninjutsu techniques that involve them.

Hiruzen was said to know and be able to use all existing jutsu in Konoha(around chapter 119),and i honestly forgot where it was said he can use all the basis elements.Maybe that wasn't said and was just Prime Hiruzen hype and i mistakened it for fact.lol.

I see your piont.Earlier i was saying that he could recall Jutsu that he saw with his Sharingan before and use them - but now i see that that would just be copying,not actually learning how to use it like Nagato did.

Basicly Sharingan is copying while with Rinnegan the user can actually learn how to use every basic element.Sasuke can only copy now.He has no time to learn every element so he could use multiple jutsu of that element instead of just copying a single technique of it.

As for what Naruto did.That wasn't an exact copy which Sharingan users can do in an instant from seeing a jutsu once.
