Sasuke recalled Lee's movements when he fought that guy in the prelims,and he used the exact same Taijutsu kick Lee used against him,and during Sasike vs Gaara, Kakashi said he had Sasuke recall Lee's Taijutsu which he remember from their battle.That's part of how Sasuke was able to attain Lee's High Speed Taijutsu.Lee was surprised that from only that much experience Sasuke had against seeing his movements that he was able to replicate it so well.

If all Sharingan can copy ninjutsu, why didnt Sasuke copy the Chidori?
If all Sharingan can copy ninjutsu, why didnt the other Uchihas copy ninjutsus foir their benefit? Why was Kakashi the only one called the Copy ninja? If everyone who had the Sharingan could've copied ninjutsus, why didnt they do so themselves?

Since you clearly don't have good reading comprehension,i will break it down to you.

Sasuke had his Sharingan activated when he fought Lee.Days later he was able to instantly use the same move he saw Lee use on him.Then,once he used it on that guy in the prelims he said that he will be original, as in he won't be copying techniques anymore.

The Sharingan can copy any just except KKG just from seeing it once,and the Rinnegan allows the user to use/learn how to use all the basic elements - so Sasuke can use/learn the all the basic Nature elements,and since he's seen all of them with his Sharingan activated he can use them now aswell.

Yeah. Sasuke up and using water style without any type of training would seem odd imo, although I wouldn't care( hopefully there would be some explanation). Sasuke does have the ability to learn the nature releases though, I don't believe KKG though.
