Its a weird theory but why would 2 strong samurai both being fairly strong by new world standards and both with dfs be taking an 8 year old on a mission unless they had to? Why did DD want momonosuke before he got on punk hazard (he wanted momo before the Artifical DF? If vegapunks fruit was a failure then why can momo

Maybe momonosuke is the mission. In feudal china there was a case of an emperor being appointed to the throne at 2 months old since his father died. I think momo is like that and unbenoust to him he is the Shogun of Wano already
Hur de dur Momo's father is still alive
I believe that momo's dad isnt kinemon and that his dad charged kinemon to raise momonosuke BY his father. And take him to the land of Zo to train. Zo being an Island for training with wild animals (Henceforth the name "zoo"). And for those who don't know the story of momotaro The Peach samurai
According to the present form of the tale (dating to the Edo period), Momotarō came to Earth inside a giant peach, which was found floating down a river by an old, childless woman who was washing clothes there. The woman and her husband discovered the child when they tried to open the peach to eat it. The child explained that he had been sent by Heaven to be their son. The couple named him Momotarō, from momo (peach) and tarō (eldest son in the family).[1]

Years later, Momotarō left his parents to fight a band of marauding oni (demons or ogres) on a distant island. En route, Momotarō met and befriended a talking dog, monkey, and pheasant, who agreed to help him in his quest. At the island, Momotarō and his animal friends penetrated the demons' fort and beat the band of demons into surrendering. Momotarō and his new friends returned home with the demons' plundered treasure and the demon chief as a captive. Momotarō and his family lived comfortably from then on.[1]

1885 English Momotaro published by Hasegawa Takejirō.
Momotarō is strongly associated with Okayama, and his tale may have its origins there. The demon island (Onigashima (鬼ヶ島?)) of the story is sometimes associated with Megijima Island, an island in the Seto Inland Sea near Takamatsu, due to the vast manmade caves found on that island.[2][3]

His job was to fight off demons OR Conquer his demons and he tamed wild animals. I believe thats why Two fully trained samurai took a little kid To Zo and ITS THE SAME REASON DD WANTS HIM. Momo is not only the Shogun of Wano but like momotaru (from whom he gets his name) he has the passive ability to tame animals and demons around him. Taming devils is an ability that helped make Vegapunks fruit work even if it was accidental. Meaning Momo can make Failed DFs into successful ones as long as they are Zoans and he is a Royalty two things dd would really want.

I think Kaido is the current ruler of Wano, but Momo is the true heir to the throne, so Kin'emon's ultimate goal is to overthrow Kaido. But we've already had this situation in One Piece twice, so maybe it's not a good idea.
