Naruto has all the TB inside him, possibly having them give him pointers, but it's not confirmed yet.

Sasuke could have that same power by using the TB. Too bad Kishi knew he would be too OP for Naruto.

Does it matter? He lacked killing intent in part 1, yet still used his most powerful techniques. I don't think this is going to change, he'll still use everything at his disposal, just won't take the final blow, like Sasuke didn't.
