I think it's part of a flashback, I'm not sure though...

It's a flashback of when Sasuke visited that giant feline which was friends with the Uchiha clan. She was reminiscing how "Sasuke would always get in Itachi's way" when they were little. ^^

It's either that or from the filler where Team 7 went to get a pawprint from another giant cat.

It's part of Konoha Chronicles or something like that, check the episodes after Konoha was blown sky-high

I think it's a filler. I believe the episode was called "Sasuke's paw print encyclopedia" or something like that.
