Hashirama won't get the chance to enter SM when he's severely outclassed in term of speed. Even Obito
who made Hashirama sh!ts on himself had a lot of problem dealing with it.

If they fight well, alive Hokages can win

1- Tobirama has full knowledge on his brother and while sharing it with Minato and Hiruzen(likely Hiruzen knows some of them himself), Minato'd probably decide to throw tags outside Jubi's boundaries like he did in this war, to escape large AOE attacks
2- Minato, Tobirama and Hiruzen start by linking their chakra to each other allowing any of the team to be teleported in safety
3- Any Mokuton techniques would be blocked by the Hokage barrier
4- Hiruzen could use his elementary attacks to destroy flowers from the flower tree world
5- If needed, Minato will summon 3 giant toads and jump far away(we've seen it's toads specialities) to replicate all the above mentioned
6- Likely Minato will even summon Pa/Ma for unlimited Sage Mode
7- The Gate of Great god is useless considering any restricted one will simply be ported with Hiraishin to escape
8- Wood dragon can't restrict them as well for the same reason
9- Shinsuusenju can be ported by either Minato or Tobirama. We've seen Minato could port Jubi's Bijudama, something comparable in size, so it should be within his possibilities
10- Mokuton clones can be destroyed by Minato's rasengans/senpou rasengan/senpou chou odama rasengan, Tobirama's suiton/sword, Hiruzen's elemental affinities or Pa/Ma elemental affinities
11- Pa/Ma could prepare frog song to put Hashirama in it
12- And if it comes down to a close range battle, Minato will kill him with a hiraishin combo
13- Not to mention if need arise, one of them(Minato or Hiruzen) can still use Shiki Fujin with clones leading to the team's victory

alive tobirama and minato can win this... it's pretty evident from manga that hashirama was no match for jubito and tobirama and minato put quite a few dents on him.. those two combined are serious trouble...
