How did Orochimaru escape Totsuka?

Can anyone explain to me how Orochiamru escaped Totsuka Blade?

Him being resuscitated from Kabuto's body makes absolutely no sense because his soul was still sealed inside Totsuka.

Does his soul inhabit all of his DNA in those curse seals? That makes no sense because there were hundreds of subjects with curse seals so that would mean Orochimaru has hundreds of souls, right? White Zetsu are 100% Hashirama DNA yet they don't contain any part of his soul nor has he been resuscitated with his soul back to the living world through a White Zetsu so how the fuck did Orochimaru come back? His soul was sealed in Totsuka, it was no longer in the living world so even if someone could give him another body through curse seal DNA (like Sasuke did) his soul should have still been sealed like even when he got new body when his arms were sealed with RDS, he still didn't have the souls to his arms so how did his entire soul magically come back from a different world (Totsuka Gourd)?

Either Orochimaru is far, far more intelligent than we give him credit for and someone manged to replicate hundreds of his souls, or there is a loophole in Totsuka and it probably doesn't seal anything forever as its hyped up to be.

Well when you think about it... the Orochimaru that got sealed with the totsuka sword was also a "cursed seal version"... Also his soul remained in sasuke, so im guessing when sasuke released his chakra from kabuto he also gave up the soul.. in theory
