That was brutally perfect. I'm not a Sasuke fan by any means, but even I smiled at that sleight considering he just genjutsu'd her with a fist through the tit a second before. The way he put her down, so cruelly and shrewdly and basically mocking her, I don't see how anyone could read that and not grin or chuckle sans fans of that particular pairing, I suppose.

Props for that, Sasuke. He just upped his tenability as a villain and gave me a couple yucks with that exchange, and I liked his banter with Naruto and Kakashi. Sakura, however, is almost cringeworthy at this juncture. Hopefully she stays unconscious for the remainder of this fight, I don't want any more panels wasted on a reaction of her crying face.

i have to agree with you, while i dislike his current attitude and this talk of "revolution" he was cold AF to sakura and that genjutsu was great stab that bi.tch through the heart haha...i know im so cold haters guna get butt hurt but he never wanted her anyway we all knew it except those sasu sakura fans in denial .

I thought you were a SasuSaku shipper, Macho. At the very least, Sasuke is finally getting some good genjutsu feats.

Romance is handled so poorly in this series, anyway. And NaruSaku honestly has better development than both NaruHina and SasuSaku (lol.) As a Sakura fan I hope this will FINALLY be her waking call. Although I half wish she would've just gotten up and slapped the shit out of him like Ino would have if she were in Sakura's shoes lol.

Not really, especially considering he's an Uchiha. He startled Sai and did a low tier hit on Danzo, nothing that compares to Itachi or even Hashirama's Bringer of Darkness. Even Kurenai has a better genjutsu stat and more hype. Only solid feat IMO was the one he put on C, but basic genjutsu like that comes with any Sharingan, like Kakashi's during Bell Test. I don't need to remind you what happened to him when he tried to put one on Killer Bee, do I?

I can respect your opinion as well, but what makes you think this? Naruto and Sakura has much better development as a pairing than SasuSaku or NaruHina. Sakura went from thinking Naruto was utter trash and a nuisance, to having the utmost respect, admiration, and affection towards him. Naruto went from having an innocent crush on Sakura for her looks, much like Sakura's crush for Sasuke, to having great respect for her and her accomplishments in Part 2. Sakura is shown to be attracted to Naruto in Part 2 as noted when she first sees him and even flirts with him at certain points. Even in Part 1 she's had her moments of recognizing Naruto as early as the Land of Waves arc.
There's even the fact that Naruto claims Sakura to be his girlfriend in front of everyone, including Hinata and Minato, who approves. Sakura never outright denies this either. I'm not saying NaruSaku will happen, but as a pairing, you cannot compare it to SasuSaku. There is actual development and chemistry there unlike SasuSaku.
