Naruto should be tired. He hasn't slept in weeks. Yes, he should have passed out a couple days ago.

However, Sasuke really doesn't have an excuse. He slept for the first day of the war. Once he woke up, he did a little sparring against a couple White Zetsu. Watched his brother genjutsu Kabuto. Then he went on a little trip to his old Village with a group of friends. After finally showing up at the battlefield, Naruto and the Shinobi Alliance had already been pushed to their limits.

Sasuke ran around a little since arriving, but Naruto and the Hokage have been doing most of the work. Even during their battle against Madara and Kaguya, Naruto did most of the work. Sasuke pulled out his sword and did a quick Transformation, but he has been conserving energy for his battle against Naruto.

This was the only way to even out Naruto and Sasuke's power levels. Going into the War Arc, Naruto essentially could solo Sasuke with his pinky finger. However, Kishi has since worn Naruto out and removed some of his abilities. At the same time, he gave Sasuke a major power up. Now their battle should be much more even.
1st Bold it haven't even been 1 week yet -_- And 2nd bold is completely false.
Sasuke's chakra reserves probably should be, but since he has hardly been fighting I can understand it(Took breaks after Kabuto and then arrived later to fight Obito, then took another break in the desert.) Meanwhile Naruto has like a huge chakra reserve, so I can see it.
nope wrong Sasuke was in the desert using his Rinnegan left and right he wasn't resting what on earth made you say that?

Because he was not fighting against Kagaya. In my eyes, he wasn't wasting as much energy as Naruto was fighting the rabbit goddess.

All Naruto did was make shadow clones and use 5 tails power he didn't really waste chakra when Sasuke was in that desert. Just because he wasn't fighting doesn't mean he was resting he was still using chakra using all his Rinnegan abilities to try and escape but nothing worked.

I think that someone is a little upset that I said Sasuke was weaker than Naruto.

I was exaggerating with the "week". However, if you think about it, it has been several days since Naruto slept. Naruto went to the Turtle Island to train with Bee. That training took place over the course of a few days. I'm sure that Naruto slept during this time, but after initially gaining control over Kurama, Naruto almost instantly sensed something outside the cave he was in. He made his way outside and then made his way to the battlefield. This was day one. Then the White Zetsu began their nighttime counterattack. At some point on the second consecutive day awake, Naruto had to face off against Ay. After that, he sent out several clones (at which point, he maxed out his chakra limit for the first time). These clones dispersed and traveled to the various battlefields. This turned the tide of the battle, and the Alliance was essentially closing out the War Arc on the second day of conflict.

Naruto has since fought with Obito and the Tailed Beasts (with their Jinchuriki), where he maxed out his chakra again. He fought with Madara, Obito, and the Juubi, where he maxed out his chakra again. Sakura healed him for about ten minutes, and he fought the Juubi again. He then fought Obito again. He fought Madara, where he was actually killed by having Kurama ripped out of him. Then he fought Kaguya.

During the same time, Sasuke fought maybe a dozen White Zetsu (the same White Zetsu that were beaten by nearly every fodder ninja in the Alliance). After leaving the cave, he ran into Itachi, who ended up fighting Kabuto. I'm fairly certain that nearly every part of their fight was actually in Kabuto's head. In other words, Sasuke really didn't fight Kabuto. He released Orochimaru, and followed him back Konoha, where Orochimaru did all of the work to bring back the Hokage. Sasuke traveled to the battlefield.

Since arriving at he battlefield, Sasuke did a summoning and used Amaterasu a few times. He used Susanoo a couple of times before Madara stabbed him. He used his new Rinnegan to avoid getting killed again by Madara, and he used Susanoo a few more times. He essentially sat out the battle with Kaguya (since she dumped him in another dimension). He made it back in time to use a Transformation to look like a Naruto clone, and used his new Rinnegan to trade places with a Naruto clone.

The sad truth is that going into the War Arc, Sasuke hadn't had any sort of development since killing his brother. After killing Itachi, Sasuke developed his EMS and gained Susanoo and Amaterasu. However, every single one of his abilities paled in comparison to Itachi's. This was painfully obvious during his battle with both Bee and Danzo. In both of these battles, Sasuke pushed himself to his limits and almost died at least two times.

During this same time, Naruto had essentially perfected Sage Mode and improved almost every other technique and ability in his arsenal. Perfecting his relationship with Kurama put Naruto far above Sasuke in terms of power and battle experience. In other words, Kishi needed to do something to even out their power levels.

Umm he didn't have/was shown to have the environment attack him.

Being in a desert doing whatever jutsu doesn't equal being locked in combat with Kagaya.

Cant give em breaks at the heat of moment, although it's safe to assume they're prepared for this .

Yea.
Naruto seriously should be worn out by now. I mean he's been non-stop since the beginning of this war.
Only time he rested, was when he almost died from TB extraction!
