The same can not be said for Hinata. Hinata has stated multiple times that Naruto has encouraged her with his personality/attitude, his words, his actions, etc... Naruto cheered for Hinata during the chuunin exams. Naruto protected Hinata from those bullies. Naruto saved Hinata from those white zetsus and then called Hinata strong. It is this encouragement and personality that makes Hinata like Naruto. These are actual deep and non-superficial reasons.

Sakura on the other hand has only ever liked Sasuke's appearance. Has Sasuke ever encouraged Sakura or had any special moments with her? I can think of one time in part 1, but that is it. Can Sakura empathize with Sasuke? No! Did the two ever even hang out leisurely? No! That is not love. That is lust!
