Underage dinking and Smoking weed gets you fined. If you are growing weed or selling alcohol to minors, then that's a different story.

I don't know where this "label" bs comes from. ISIS is an organization, not a country or state. It does not give people a choice but forces them into submission. A state or country's laws are created for the benefit or its citizens. If the laws are deemed unjustifiable, then change will occur eventually as it has already.

Laws will always be abused and bent, but criminals are not just "labels" put on by people in power. That makes no sense.

ISIS and other terrorist groups are in full control of towns right now, making their own laws. I don't see how an organization, a state, or a country are any different. They all started from people rising to power. But, like I said, laws vary by jurisdiction. We would all be criminals in some other part of the world.

Is there one in the real world? I'm being forced to go collage against my own will :|

No one is forced to go to college, last time I checked. You go if you want to. You're forced to go to elementary and high school. But hey, drop college. Just don't complain when you become unable to get a good job and end up having a terrible job that barely pays.

Except they are a terrorist organization that would install a totalitarian regime based on fear and opression. Sure, it's their law. So, let's say some group takes over the governemnt and create their laws. In their new country, only white people are allowed live, so they hunt down and kill black people, just like in the past.

Hey, it's their law. But we from other countries wouldn't accept it. Because there's logic behind everything. There's logical explanations to why criminals are harmful and thus should be removed from society. There's logic behind an action being considered a crime.

And that logic is based on society's protection, for we to live in society in a comfortable way.

I also edited my second post. You need to understand why such things are considered a crime. Teenagers usually are more irresponsable and can't handle drinking very well. In the process, they might end up hurting themselves and other people. But I don't really think it would be like a criiiiime, more like the parents should just pay something.

But of course, there are things that aren't debatable: robbery, murder, etc...

I agree, and I'm definitely not a human rights extremist. I know you didn't call me one, but I just wanted to clarify that. I'm just talking basic human rights for the average joe. The right to water, life, property, finances, not having to let soldiers in your house, etc. As far as people who take innocent lives, to hell with them, if it exists.

Because they invaded those towns and oppressed the people, not giving them an option. Then they also torture and execute those who disgree with them or want to leave.

Whereas most nations were founded by groups of people or colonies working together, settling on land, choosing the leaders to establish a country with which they can live in and prosper.

Terrorist groups don't think of the benefits for their subjects but only personal gain. Countries, not all, but the big ones have to appease the citizens in order for them to not revolt. They have responsibilities other than their own.

The conquest of lands didn't go as smoothly as that, land was taken, settlements were burned to the ground, etc.

Yeah, but that was the will of their people along with the ruling authorities. Terrorists groups don't care about the people. They just do what they want.

Laws are meant to benefit those living under them, not the opposite. It is to establish order and justice. Terrorists organization only establish personal gain with their laws. You know a regime is bad when that is the case, such is with ISIS versus the elite nations of the world(except Russia).

When the Mongolians invaded China, they didn't subjugate the people with their own ideals and ways, they instead tried to make the country prosper.

When ISIS invaded those towns, they just mudered and oppressed.

Yes, I agree. But my hatred for that comes from extremists. Do you know how many criminals get away with their crimes because of human rights? Because this country is basically 80% blind moralists and communists or anarchists. So they always come with their "equality" BS and think they're heroes.

And I don't wanna die because a bunch of people are brainless. So that's why I'm always so angry when it comes to this. Because I had enough of that crap. But I can't do sh*t, because they would do the number on me, and I would get out as the terrible capitalist opressor "villain".

I don't even know how to reply to this, the only wills that were being fulfilled were the wills of the conquerors, the settlers never want foreign people burning down their homes and getting their resources taken from them.

That's where you're wrong. Vikings, Persians, Greeks, Romans, English, Mongolians, etc, etc. The people celebrated their nations prospering. Winning wars meant getting more slaves, resources, land, and money for the people.

Yeah, I know, the winners celebrate. The poor, less prepared for battle side gets their asses kicked, What I'm saying is invaders murder, and a lot more than that goes down too. It's not a big celebration on both sides.

I don't think this has no longer to do with the original point. You were comparing a terrorist organization's laws to a country.

Not all countries are good. Those that are not usually were founded on through revolution and invasion or the original settlement and usurped the previous power.

Laws are meant to benefit its people, not the government. There's no such thing as a selfless leader, but that's not to say they are always "corrupt".

An organization like ISIS will make its laws benefiting the authority and not the people. This is where their own definition of "justice" and "criminals" come into play and not the definition agreed upon by the people.

A country like America, the people have the voice and if it is not appeased then there will be protest. We define our criminals by those who murder, rape, or threaten national security. Not everyone may share the same opinion, but the people have a say in the decision and the definition, not just the Government.

That's what separates the our nation from a terrorist organization like ISIS.
