OT: best they can do is either sticking together and boosting Konan & Mei's ranged attacks to get him down or get seperated and wore out jinton limits which won't do with 4 jinton max. Sticking together makes them easy targets too. I see Muu winning this most of the time.

Btw, beating these 4 females is not that great of an achievement, as the females are exponentially weaker than the males in the series, save for Kaguya.(but she had the brain the size of an underdeveloped pea).

TSUNADE and sakura are powerful sensor and TSUNADE was super hearing.
If Katsuyu is summoned , TSUNADE and it highly assumed that sakura can see and sense things through Katsuyu, using their seal as a medium

TSUNADE and sakura are too destructive for him to form handseals to use jinton.
He is no match for Katsuyu.
