Not really, Madara never utilized his Paths, the mere fact that he was capable of forming 10-15 island sized CT effortlessly (Which is Deva Paths greatest technique) but also used Tengai Shinsei which is the highest form of Bansho Ten'nin as an Edo Tensei. This indicates he has great control over Deva Path.

He also never utilized Preta when he was Jinchuriki nor has he ever chose to utilize Asura Path, which would undoubtedly be far more destructive than Nagato's. He would use ST and all his Paths powers respectively when needed


If Madara whipped out his PS, it would have been over for Sasuke and Naruto. The reason his Susano'o would be superior is for the same reason BM is inferior to BSM, except in Madara and Sasuke's case, it's about who has more of Rikudo's chakra and Madara undoubtedly has more, as well as Senjutsu of The Six Paths, which Sasuke may or may not have.
