The reason why you and dewooder123's quotes were messed up was because you both quoted a post that failed at quoting a post correctly, namely Mr Freeze's post. In essence both you and dewooder123's post were fine, but because you quoted a post that had an incorrect quote, your posts were messed up too.
The problem with Mr Freeze's post was that it's missing the closing quote tag. When you quote, bold, italic etc. something, it's placed between tags that open and close it and everything between those two tags will be changed into what corresponds with those tags. In this case the point was to place a post of someone between quoting tags. However when Mr Freeze tried to quote a post, this tag was missing: [/QUOTE]. As a result his post was messed up and when you and dewooder123 tried to quote his post, an additional [/QUOTE] - tag was added, mixing the the entire quote-coding even more up.
As why Mr Freeze's post was missing the [/QUOTE] tag, well I assume he simply accidentally removed it himself. If it was a technical issue on NB, all the people should have it, not only him.
