No one is immune to genjutsu not even kabuto who designed himself to be immune to genjutsu and we saw how that turned out.

Perfect jin like naruto can break out of genjutsu via their bijuu, killer bee is the original perfect jin and sasuke basic sharingan was able to place him under genjutsu for a few seconds. It is clear sasukes rinne genjutsu is far greater than his basic sharingan genjutsu which already lasted seconds on a perfect jin so sasuke rinne genjutsu should be quite effective.
