2. He knows who is attacking
3. He has ample time to prepare for the battle

Pretty sure that everyone is unbeatable under these conditions.

For instance, If Tsunade knew that Pain was going to attack, she would have had somebody lay a trap to capture him, and Naruto would have never needed to save the village.
