They will most likely clash chidori and rasengan. however, I dont think regular wind will cut it nowadays. With Sasukes enton (Blaze) I think naruto will need to pull off a new move. Possibly fusing water element with his wind to form a Hurricane (Shippuden) rasengan of sorts. Whether a toad helps him with the water, or the 3 tails chakra, or perhaps even something he has been working on himself. Just a guess here though.
