There's numerous terms I see fanboys drop on the daily, so let me explain how they're using them wrong

Fanboy/girl: someone who will regardless of their characters actions defend and admire them because they love their design. Also a special trait fanboys have is that they hold an imperfect view of their character as they believe the mangas plot progression has "held them back"

Fan: someone who will take facts into account while engaged in arguments and will admit if their character is weaker, yet still love the character for their design/actions

Plot no Jutsu: a term coined by fans of the series to explain Narutos charisma, primarily when he convinced Nagato to revive people. It has been mutilated beyond belief and now fanboys will use it to remove a trait of their character they find undesirable or unlike their preconception of their character. Ex. Sasuke not killing unconscious naruto, Sasuke moving the fight to VOTE, and Sasuke using genjutsu to incapacitate Sakura are signs of his mercy and him being kind at heart to an extent. Now a fanboy will say " no that is plot-no-Jutsu, my lord and savior would never have done that if not for plot"

GG: a term used primarily in RTS to describe a enjoyable match and never used to describe a stomp.

Solo: This cancerous term has been used to describe a numerous amount of characters and it is used when a character with no help of another beats their opponent. Nowadays this term is synonymous with the phrase "I am a troll"

There's more I could define but I'd rather notable this longer than it needs to be

You've got some wrong/misappropriated.

Plot no Jutsu is used for events that don't really add up and exist purely for plot progression. Talk no Jutsu is when Naruto persuades someone to change with his words/actions.

GG in NB terms is used to hype one character's techniques and give it "solo status" e.g. Totsuka GG, Kamui GG etc.

Well here's the thing, originally plot-no-Jutsu was what you describe as talk to Jutsu, yet as I said, has been mutilated brig belief.
And that last statement you made exemplifies exactly what I am saying is wrong with those phrases.
