5. Trying to kill 5 defenseless people that are stuck in IT
6. Trying to become a dictator like madara.
7. Tried to kill Sakura(though it doesnt matter since i hope she dies)

Well heres a few examples and reason why Sasuke should either die or go to jail idc which one...

What people fail to understand is that this shit isnt real life, You're judged for leaving your villiage thats it, most of the stuff you listed isnt even considered a crime, nearly EVERYONE in the NV has killed, The Alliance have all done shit Sasuke has, They have no real right to judge him and it would be hypocritical not to forgive him.
