Looks: Seiran, also addressed as Ceylan is a young teenager with a very weak, slender, and small stature. He sports large puffy blue hair with goggles slipped safely into his thick hair. His attire, comparing it to the rest of the world is very plain and simple. Consisting of a white hoodie shirt following with a blue jacket, blue pants, and brown boots, Ceylan is very simple in his appearance. As a Shinobi, he carries a particularly customed sword named Grand Turk, tucking safely on the belt wrapped around his waist.
Personality: Ceylan, like every young teenager acts, is very childish and immature, but can be serious at times. Even as a strong Shinobi, he denies his position of being part of the Sunagakure Militia, even thinking that he wasn't destined for it. However, he reluctantly accomplishes the Kage's decrees, even if he hates it or thinks its completely BS. He enjoys participating in loud outbursts of fun and loves to hang with his Squad. He is a BIG practical joker but is shown to have self-doubt time to time.

-Background Information
History: Ceylan was born in Kirigakure before it was mainstream. As he grew and started to understand the world around him, Ceylan hated the village, as it was infested with weirdos, people who have gunk in their noses but never notice, and full out bastards. His father noticed as well as they were both disgusted by this. They later departed the village in hopes they would encounter a much more friendly environment. In about 2 months, they eventually found a village their expectations at least matched with. It was Sunagakure and soon became permanent inhabitants of the village. Ceylan wasn't very fond of math and all those subjects. He was however, inspired to become a militia. Time to time, he doubts himself that you shouldn't be a shinobi but does it anyways. At the age of 13, Ceylan was powerful enough to guard the gates as Border Patrol. During his time of gaining strength, Ceylan met a handful of badass, but funny and outgoing individuals. But there was one who was probably his best friend from the rest.. It was Jin Mo-Ri (calls him Guren) and everyday, they did random shit that fueled the Emokage, Albel Nox to explode. Ceylan hated him but was in love with his associate named Elize. A female shinobi with the power of Meiton. Her power turned him on and had many attempts of winning her heart, such as singing songs or even showing off his strength.
But, it was a sad ending for him; Ceylan was kicked from Sunagakure after Albel Nox found out that he was trying to hit on his assistant. Ceylan now roams the world with his home boi Jin Mo-Ri (also known as Guren).

Fuuton Affinity: The second element mastered. Ceylan believed that the combination of Suiton and Fuuton was perfect, giving him a limitless choices of life-ending attacks. His proficiency in it gave Ceylan the ability to easily weave hand seals required to perform a technique.
Ginrei Kojaku: Ginrei Kojaku is a Composite bow. The bow is a cross between a Spider Web and a Pentagram. It has extends out into 4 extensions, the width being 1.75 meters long and the height being 2 meters. It is connected by several curved structures which hold it together. The handle has two hollow semi circles next to it, in which the object(s) are projected. Even though it may not look like, it is very flexible, bending backwards when the string is pulled back with great force, making it function like a Slingshot in some cases. The string is joined together, attached at the top and bottom of the bow's extension. The hollow sides near the handle allow for greater accuracy when shooting the arrows, by narrowing down and aligning the hollow sides with the target.
