Karin is weak in combat but oro clearly saw potential. Her healing power is incredible, because all that uzumaki chakra goes toward it. And even though those kids wouldn't be reincarnations, they're potential would be incredible with that skill set. And not only that but with sasuke as their pops, he'd no doubt exploit that and make sure they were strong.

Naruto and hinata would be interesting as well I agree.

while yes, their child would be strong, not as strong as you think. maybe the kid reaches MS, maybe, but no higher. the kid would eventually go blind unless they have a sibling they are willing to take eyes from. so while they probably would be strong, eventually they would need knew eyes. they would however never reach rinnegan.

but on the flip side you have naruto and hinata's baby. now thats a baby i would want to see. naruto would pass on some if not most of his incredible power he has, as there are no true hindrances like the eye powers. the child would be a mini kaguya, but a better fighter.
