Simple. You Kimimaro's bone's protruding from all around his body will keep Sasuke at bay thus keeping offensive and defensive pressure at the same time. Sasuke gets overwhelmed.

This make absolutely no sense. Lee's speed was equal to Sasuke's in part one. Saying this means you believe Lee's speed did not increase during the time skip.

You posted a scan oh Kimimaro countering part one Lee's speed and you think he could do the same to sasuke from part 2. Part one Lee and part two sasuke are not even close.

Think though, that was simply in Base. AND Kimimaro was moving out of sheer Willpower in a dead body. Countering Pt.1 Lee in a Dead body basically through only Willpower is a huge speed feat.

bones(& eyes) are a part of the body, the separation is clear as day. try punching or striking a combat stance w/o bones

juugo pumping nature energy, morphing & firing chakra boosters is a perfect example of the difference.

Well, if you're referring to Sasuke being "too fast", then its a stalemate. Neither would be able to hurt each other in the hypothetical situation that Sasuke was too fast to hit and Kimimaro's bones were protruded.

his taijutsu is guided by his eyes, but that's a part of his body - he literally punches w/ his kkg due to aiming them at a target.

Well then we'd have to take away Sasuke's current feats (OP Stated its current Sasuke's Feats and all). Put it to Hebi Sasuke vs Kimimaro Hand to Hand with Sasuke using 3T Tomeo, and Kimimaro only being able to use the Dances.
