When you think about it.. The Sharingan's true weakness is Unorthodox fighting styles, combined with users ultimately faster than the Sharingan wielder. The Sharingan's 3rd-Tomoe Ability:

The thing is within every fight Sasuke has been outplayed with the Sharingan the opponent was either Faster, Unorthodox, or Both. That's the Sharingan's weakness the inability to allow the user's body to act before initial impact.

Kimimaro presents both the Speed, and an Unorthodox Fighting-Style, this ensures the Sharingan's unreliability within this match-up CQC-wise. Kimimaro possessing the capability to grow near-infinite amount of bones within his body, and protrude them out of his body (calling them dances) as a use of Taijutsu the capabilities of dodging, or even keeping up with his Unorthodox Fighting-Style is near impossible.

Kimimaro was even seen to have caught Lee (a Taijutsu/Speed Specialist), multiple times.

You say that they don't have jutsu but Shikotsumyaku is a Kekkei Genkai, and therefore ninjutsu.
And you ask who is the better swordsman, but this is supposed to be a taijutsu match, not kenjutsu?

Anyway; Sasuke's Shunshin blitzed Juubidara, do you think comparatively low tier shinobi are a match? Even the fodder samurai that 3T Sasuke himself blitzed were able to follow Kimi's movements and effectively counter.

A Kekkei Genkai isn't Ninjutsu. That's like saying the Byakugan, or Sharingan are Ninjutsu. No they're just eyes lol.

If you honestly think Kimimaro is tied with bee in speed and taijutsu then I honestly believe your taking drugs. There's no way in hell you can compare him to bee when everyone ranks bee higher than Kimimaro in taijutsu and speed. Go back and look at all the post top taijutsu users Kimimaro barely makes a list. Where as bee gets beat out by Gai and maybe Lee.

Current Sasuke 3T is well trained to deal with kimimaro. Sasuke Current base speed alone puts kimimaro at a huge disadvantage. But if thats how you feel kudos to you.

Not to mention Sasuke 3T kept up with Itachi whom we all know is faster than kimimaro

kimimaro doesn't use nintaijutsu. neither does sakon Ukon.

nintaijutsu implies a -supplementary- manipulation of chakra, but those guys are merely manipulating their own bodies with a mutation.
