kamui doesnt affect the object to which kakashi or obito aim at, kamui´s power is to bend space to create warmholes then the warmholes suck the object,when madara tried to steal the rinnegan from obito, madara could not absorb kamui becuase kamui was not acting over him or gudodamas rather the space around them, if you dont have a jutsu that can affect spacetime fabric you cannot counter kamui so yata mirror gets sucked in.
