The poison didn't hit until after the fight, and Sasuke was nearly blind and off three intense battles and he still held his own with Naruto. Sasuke has always been stronger than Naruto as 100% manga fact that has been stated twice by Nardo himself and even once by the Sage

Naruto technically didn't gain the Rikudo's *full* power, because he didn't gain the Rinnegan and he split it with Sausage. Technically his sun seal has also disappeared, so he also does not have it anymore. By comparison, Sasuke still has his Shar-Rinnegan.
