When is comes to personality, Kakashi.

He's cool, calm, and collected no matter what. Plus I like his fighting style.

Kakashi because I admire the tenacity and perseverance he had gained over his life. I enjoy his fighting style and his backstory and he looks badass all the time. I like J-man but Kakashi has always been high on my list of preferred characters.

Jiraiya, aside from Kakashi looking aesthetically cool there's nothing I like about him. If it wasn't for Obito's Sharingan he would have been another bland fodder that would have blended in into the background characters.

Jiraiya stands out and has a large role in Naruto's life. His techniques and personality are outlandish and attention grabbing.
