  As I was thinking Sanji should be the one to fight Kizaru EOS simply due to their styles being similar both laid back looking fighters that kick a lot. But Kizaru has one of the most op devil fruits in the Series and He can move at lightspeed. So sanji has to be fast enough to keep up. So if sanji does the two fastest techniques in one piece at the same time he would be twice as fast

  If combined it would be swaying and kicking the ground like a dance then moving almost instantaneously. Both of these techniques are of equal speed (as said by oda) and in manga they are the fastest moving techs which would give sanji enough speed to match a man made of light.

  He already mastered geppu (Sky walk) and the only requirement for Rankyaku is legs so strong you can create a hurricane. His legs are strong enough to let him fly. To demolish buildings. To kick buildings like soccer balls? Why couldn't he do a long range wind powered (or fire powered kick)

I doubt he can combine Silent Step and Soru at the same time, he can't really use two techniques on his legs at once unless one is a supplementary. It'd be like trying to run and cross your legs at the same time.

I don't see Sanji having rankyaku. It's a sword-like move unless you want Sanji to turn into a swordsman. I'm also iffy concerning the silent step+soru thing, but the others are fair.

Blueno, Jabra and Lucci aren't swordsmen.

Plus Sanji has shown profiency with knives. He can just have Rankyaku variants modeled after different knives used in the kitchen.
