I doubt that he's going to be able to do it, but considering he was able to learn the Rasengan his level of chakra control may allow him to learn sage mode if he is to achieve a much higher chakra pool. This would only happen when he's much older though.

He probably will get a large chakra reserve when he's more older than Naruto is now since he's not for a chakra that is known for high reserves so he'll have to train for the reserves. Hiruzen had high reserves so maybe around 20 Konohamaru will have the chakra needed to learn SM.
