Will having complete Kurama be a huge powerboost?

That Naruto was roughly at half or a bit lower then half his power since Yang Kurama was out of chakra and had to ask Yin Kurama for chakra then they both gave chakra to the alliance comparable to Hashirama's chakra volume. Naruto gets his chakra absorbed by the god tree and get the rest of Yin Kurama chakra so the only time Sasuke seen Naruto fight at full was most likely RM Naruto since Yin Kurama would have been recharging his chakra all that time until Naruto was revived.

Full Kurama only increases everything such as strength, speed, endurance, durability, stamina, power of chakra itself (Choji mentioned how when Naruto and Minato gave them chakra it was much more and much stronger).

I wouldn't say that's the right calculations since Yang Kurama was enough for Naruto to fight off 5 Bijuus and he matched their power combined into a tbb. We know Yin Kurama (in Naruto) and Yang Kurama (in Juubi) have the same amount of chakra, but then you add the small portions of chakra Naruto got from the other Bijuus. Naruto also have the Sage's Yang chakra in the form of Senjutsu which is combined with Naruto's Bijuu chakra which makes the chakra much stronger as both Senjutsu and Bijuu chakra are enhancer chakras. So Naruto's percentage would be much more than 20% once you add in Senjutsu combined.

Obviously the doubling part applies only to weak people who has so little chakra, so it appears everything been doubled

thatʻs once again, not cooperation, thatʻs subjugation. Cooperation is what makes perfect jinchurikiʻs so powerful. Cooperation is why Kaguya was so miffed that she lost to mere fragments of her power. Cooperation is why naruto can use the tailed beastʻs powers.

It doesnʻt matter what way you slice it, kaguya doesnʻt gain her powers from the willing cooperation that naruto does which explains why he can match her despite having no where near what she has.
