Itachi and madara are two completely different types of fighters. Itachi doesn't like to fight and he doesn't have much of stamina and he's mostly based on genjutsu. Madara was born in war and grew up in it. He's a warrior and a fighter and lives for a thrill of a good fight. I'd have to say madara on the sheer fact of being a relentless killer.

Way Superior Kenjutsu , Way Superior Taijutsu , Superior intelligence and battle experience, Juubi Sized Katon, Gunbai Reflection , Izanagi... Madara didnt became the leader of the Uchiha clan for nothing my friend . He cannot be compared to Itachi, despite that latter also beingg a genius in terms of skills and intelligence, Madara is totally on another level and that's all . I don't see Itachi keeping up with Hashirama who was one of the two strongest ninja at that time and before the war's free powerups, He cannot fight for long , and certainly not for days.

Madara beat kid inoki who wasn't even a teenager and had no power it's not stated that the original tsuchikage fought madras also so don't make stuff up or exaggerate anoki was a complete fodder at the time. Itachi escaped EDO tensei and one shoted a mobile edo nagato while he was being hoisted up in chibaku tensei. That itself was a big feat so please stop being biased and trying I make t less than it is. He has shown more feats as a mangekyo sharing an user than madara and the fact that you can't list any feats for madara an the only thing you can do is try to discredit it's hi says it all.
