All the elemental Jutsus are useless against Minato, he can just teleport to another Kunai or just throw it back at him with a S/T barrier. So this means Hiruzen's Ninjutsu is useless against Minato
If they engage in CQC, Hiruzen doesn't have the reflexes to keep up with Minato, he definitely gets marked and Minato cuts his head off.
If the dodges the Kunai, Minato teleports and kills. If he deflects it with another Kunai Minato quickly teleports and cuts his head off.

And I know you will say Prime Hiruzen GG. Okay, so if we are going by fan fictions, Minato uses Spiralling Flash Super Round Dance Howl Style Three to stomp that clown in a second.
