Without nuclear weapons the USA would win a conventional war agains china and russia. 1 vs 1 of course.

Though the fight would be terrible, the US will probably never recover from the damage the war would bring though

USA has both countries trumped in quality, strategy and least importantly, quantity. Most of Russia's standard issue is technology on the level of that seen in 1950s UK/USA. Even the majority of their aircraft don't have automatic tracking and targeting abilities and would quite literally get blitzed.
