Hagoromo has Reddish/Gray Hair while I'm not sure for Kaguya. I think she has white hair.

Ya none of their hair color was red, only Hagormoo had a shade set of hair in the manga.

Haruma and Kaguya most likely had white or silver.

Hagormoo's was like brownish, and his children both had straight up black hair.

If you saw today's episode 381 of the anime, you see that Kaguya had red hair as Hagoromo then should it have red hair also Hamura. So the Ootsutsuki had red hair.
