This doesnt prove Madara knew about Hiruzen's (or minato and tsunade) abilities. Look at your own scan:

Madara clearly planned it out upon meeting obito and ONLY planned it so that Obito could awaken his Mangekyo Sharingan. He made sure Minato wasnt there so he couldn't interfere and save the day. Madara was not afraid of Minato he just want to make sure his plan ran smoothly.
The only intel that Madara states that he gathered was Minato's location, so that he could not interfere, of course zetsu gave him the name of obito's sensei. Even if zetsu suggested that he had space-time abilities like Tobirama, this was still only intel gathering for this specific situation to play out correctly as madara states. He would have no reason to know of or get intel on Hiruzen or the others since they had nothing to do with his plan of activating IT, which is once again proven as Madara has no idea who tsunade is and that she is releated to Hashirama.

You can clearly see here that he only addresses her as a female medic, because he doesnt know of her legendary status as one of the leaf's most powerful shinobi. And he ASK her if she is related to Hashirama, most likely because she stated that her GRANDFATHER was on his chest. If Madara was knowledgable about the leaf village, then he would have known this information. Especially, the heir of his rival/best friend, yet he didnt because it had nothing to do with his plan. Much like he doesnt know of hiruzen's true strength because it has nothing to do with his plan.
