No he is not. He is weaker then when he is alive with the Kyuubi. He was on par with Edo SM Hashirama W/o Shinsuusenju (Edos are a lot weaker then they are alive) as an Edo while with the 100% Kyuubi he was on par with SM Hashirama W/Shinsuusenju.
